Introduction
Y L N Kumar has acquired Ph.D from South Gujarat University and MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai University and B.Com from Osmania University. He has 25 + years of experience ( Govt. and Private) spanning areas such as Audit, HR, UNDP, HR Consulting, Teaching, Training and Academic Administration. Prior to joining NMIMS, he served ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad ( IBS) for a period of 8 years in the capacity of Dy. Registrar (Academics)/Assistant Professor (HR), Associate Professor and area coordinator/head ( HR) and MDP coordinator/head.

Received "Best Teacher- Institution Building" award for the year 2012-13 at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
