Mohemmad Naseef is working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Business Environment & Strategy at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Hyderabad. He has submitted his PhD thesis at the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. His doctoral dissertation is about the knowledge interactions in industrial clusters and innovation performance of SMEs. He has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Calicut and M Com from Bharathiar University. He has also qualified UGC-JRF in Management Studies and UGC-NET in Commerce.

His research interests are at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategic management, and human capital development. His research articles have been published in renowned international journals, including Energy Economics (ABDC- A Star listed journal published by Elsevier) and International Journal of Rural Management (Scopus indexed journal published by Sage). He has also presented research articles at international conferences conducted by institutions such as IIM Indore, Pondicherry University etc.

He is a recipient of SPARC grant from the Government of India to participate in a collaborative research project that explored the impact of Fintech adoption on women empowerment and wellbeing at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.

Previously he worked with VKC group, one of India’s popular footwear brands, in the area of sales and marketing.
